GDS America and Microsoft® Business Solutions– Navision® collaborate on Business
Operations Management - ERP/Financials marketing initiative to launch in December
2004.

October 18, 2004 – Microsoft Navision 4.0 launched
Microsoft Business Solutions today announced the launch of Microsoft® Business
Solutions - Navision® 4.0. Developed in 39 languages for 41 localized versions,
Microsoft Navision 4.0 is the latest release of a product suite that is currently used by
more than 45,000 organizations around the world.

October 13, 2004 – GDS recognized by Jet Reports
GDS has been recognized by Jet Reports as one of the top three Jet Reports dealers in
North America for September 2004. Jet Reports for Microsoft Navision is a complete
reporting package built right into Excel.

September 28, 2004 - Microsoft Business Solutions expanding RFID initiative
Today at the EPCglobal US Conference 2004, Microsoft Business Solutions announced
that it is expanding the scope of its Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) initiative to
help businesses meet RFID technology compliance mandates from large trading
partners and drive efficiencies in internal operations. Microsoft Business Solutions
plans to include RFID technology in upcoming Navision Release 5.0. The offering will
provide out-of-the-box integration of RFID data with core business processes as well as
a flexible framework to implement customer-specific processes.

September 28, 2004 – GDS selected for Strategy Consultations Program
GDS has been selected as the exclusive Microsoft Navision partner in Southeast Texas
and Southwest Louisiana to participate in the Strategy Consultations Program for ERP –
Manufacturing. This complimentary program offers a one-half day interactive business
process consulting session after which GDS will deliver a report with findings and
recommendations specific to the business issues that were discussed during the
consultation.

July 27, 2004 – The Asset Guardian approved by Microsoft
Today, Microsoft approved The Asset Guardian from GDS America as a Navision Add-
On product. With this approval, GDS has received approval from Microsoft Business
Systems designating The Asset Guardian as an official Navision Add-on product.

June 28, 2004 - GDS named Microsoft® CRM authorized Business Partner
GDS today received acceptance by Microsoft as an authorized Microsoft CRM Business
Partner further extending our solution suite into the rapidly growing CRM marketplace.
Microsoft CRM is a complete Customer Relationship Management solution that
automates sales processes and helps mobilize sales forces and improve service.

April 1, 2004 - New Executive Joins GDS America
We are very pleased to announce, that on this day, Mr. Wayne Short joined GDS
America. Wayne comes to GDS America with a background across many disciplines
and industries. Included in his background are senior management positions in the
distribution, manufacturing and software industries.

March 25, 2004 - GDS America Expands Office Facilities
As with all growing companies, the time came for GDS America to move to a new office
facility. "Due to the support we had with our build out and the move itself, we were out
of the old offices and into the new before we knew it."

February 28, 2004 - Application Announcement for CMMS,TPM and EAMS
The demand for quality software products to service the maintenance market is
growing. Today, in response to this demand, GDS America announced it's CMMS and
EAMS application solution - The Asset Guardian.
